We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, embedding ourselves in their operations and endgame to understand where our solution fits into their process.
Once the initial attconversation is complete, we report back with a comprehensive plan and, more importantly, a budget.

Build
Based off of the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each step and start working towards delivery.
Each client is assigned open communications on staging environments so that can follow along with each step of the process.
We provide regular updates on our progress, which is a great way to keep you informed of the progress we’re making.

Deliver
Once approval is given, we ship.
Any further required changes are iterated on and any changes to scope are negotiated.
Websites are fully functional while any remaining work moves onto a monthly retainer.
Included in this phase
- Sign off. A final sign-off is made between the parties.
- Product launch. The product is shipped onto the platform agreed upon by both parties.
- Support. Ongoing support is provided based on the agreed-upon retainer.
